Delta Don Shipping Policy

Summary: We ship via USPS to 22 hemp-legal states, Monday–Friday. Orders placed before 3:00 PM ET on a business day ship the same day; orders placed after that ship the next business day. Issues with a delivery? See our Refund & Replacement Policy — that’s the single source of truth for damaged, incorrect, missing, lost, or stolen shipments.

1. Carriers & processing time

  • All orders ship via USPS from our facility in Beaufort, NC.
  • Orders are packed and shipped Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM ET on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on holidays are processed the next business day.
  • You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as a shipping label is generated (typically within 1 business day).

2. Transit times & shipping costs

Shipping options and live carrier rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Once a package leaves our facility, transit time is in USPS’s hands. We do not guarantee carrier delivery dates, including for orders shipped with expedited service.

3. THCa shipping restrictions

THCa products are not available for shipment to: Arkansas, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont.

4. Delta-8 shipping restrictions

Delta-8 products are not available for shipment to: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia.

State restriction lists are updated as legislation changes and may change without notice. If you place an order to a state we cannot ship to, your order will be cancelled and refunded in full to your original payment method — no claim or contact required. See Section 2 of our Refund & Replacement Policy.

5. Age verification (21+)

All deliveries are intended for recipients aged 21 or older. We may request age verification before fulfillment. If we cannot verify age within 72 hours of order placement, the order is cancelled and refunded in full per Section 8 of our Refund & Replacement Policy.

6. Address accuracy & failed delivery

You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate shipping address. Orders shipped to an address you provided that are returned to sender, marked undeliverable, or refused at delivery are not eligible for a refund of shipping fees. If the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost or to issue a refund minus shipping. See Section 3 of the Refund & Replacement Policy.

7. Damaged, incorrect, or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or is missing items from your packing slip, contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@deltadonofficial.com. Full claim instructions, photo requirements, and our resolution timeline (replacement → store credit → refund) are in Sections 2–5 of our Refund & Replacement Policy. Please do not ship product back without a written Return Authorization from us.

8. Lost, stolen, or carrier-delivered packages

Once a package is handed to USPS, delivery is the carrier’s responsibility. If USPS marks your package delivered but you have not received it, follow the steps in Section 6 of our Refund & Replacement Policy (check neighbors, wait 48 hours for early scans, file a USPS missing-mail search, then contact us). Where evidence supports a lost shipment, we may offer a one-time goodwill replacement at our discretion. Delta Don is not liable for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier.

9. Adult-signature recommendation

For high-value orders we recommend a delivery address where someone 21+ can sign for the package. We may require adult signature on flower and cartridge orders above a threshold value at our discretion.

10. Order cancellations

You may cancel an order for a full refund only if it has not yet been packed or shipped. Once a shipping label is generated (typically within 1 business day Monday–Friday), cancellations are no longer possible. See Section 7 of our Refund & Replacement Policy.

11. International orders

We ship to US destinations only. We do not ship internationally or to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, US territories, or PO boxes where USPS adult-signature programs require a physical address.
